Q.)How can i FTP to my site before my domain name is pointing at your network?
A.) You can access your FTP accounts without having a domain name pointed at the site by using the FTP server IP address instead of the hostname. In order to find the IP address of your FTP server do the following:

* Login to your Helm control panel
* Click Domains
* Click your domain from the list
* Click FTP Accounts
* Click any of the accounts from the list
* The FTP Server IP is displayed on the screen
* Enter the IP into your FTP software instead of the server name
* You can now connect with your FTP username and password
